Moving the structure on a dam or weir is always difficult due to the position of the structure built on the edge of different water levels.

The dam in České Budějovice needed to replace the footbridge that was the only way to cross the dam.

​

The PMSS was assembled so that the structure or the load is placed on the edge of the assembly and fully covers the eccentricity of the center of gravity.
